The group consists of three companies:

Jelmac Properties Ltd and Jelmac Estates Ltd hold a mixture of industrial and commercial property predominantly across the South and East Midlands. There is also an element of residential.

Jelmac (Primary Care) Properties Ltd holds primary healthcare premises, such as doctor’s surgeries, medical centres and pharmacies.
